Display the Performance Appraisal Screen

Open an appraisal by clicking an appraisal link anywhere within Deltek Talent Management. For example, as an employee you may access the screen on the My Appraisals screen. As a Manager you may access it from the My Employees Performance Tab. As an administrator you may access it on the Appraisals Administration screen.

To display a performance appraisal:

1. Click Performance > My Appraisals or My Employees > My Employees > Performance Tab > Appraisals or click the Administration icon on the Toolbar and click the blue arrow before an employee's name to display appraisals for a user.
2. Click a linked appraisal name.
